Assisting adults on their wellness journeys and with their sexual health is where I have found my greatest joy and purpose.

Together we create wellness visions that enrich our minds, emotions, bodies, energy, and spirits. To this end, we use body movement, nutrition, journaling, the arts, and ritual to fulfill these visions of wellness and sexual health.

In my efforts to serve you well and professionally, I have earned a Ed.D. in adult developmental education, a Ph.D. in the human sciences and creativity studies, and various certifications in such areas as sexology, nutrition, wellness, spirituality, and transformation.
